How to Apply for Move-in

Confirmation/Modification of Move-in Application
Confirmation of move-in application: My Page → Information on move-in application → Modification can be made only during the confirmable move-in application period, after finding the relevant year and semester.
Please note that alteration of the desired building number, revision or additional submission of the application cannot be made later once you complete this process.
How to cancel residence
Before paying residence fee(s): click “cancellation of move-in” button from My Page’s move-in application at the website of the CNU Residence Hall.
After paying residence fees: once fees are paid, cancellation of move-in cannot be made. Please download an application form for cancellation of move-in and refund by clicking "Community" and "References" at the website of the CNU Yeosu Residence Hall and fill out the form before submitting the form with other relevant documents (click "My Page" and "Submission of Individual Document") to an administration office.
(※ Article Three (Residence fees): When cancelling move-in after payment within 7 days of move-in, 90 percent of maintenance fees and 100 percent of meal expenses will be refunded. For reimbursement of residence fees for interim move-out, those who move out within one month after the opening of the dormitory will be refunded after deducting the amount of 30 days. )
